lovely stay!
friendly staff early transfer central location
i loved fabio at the reception. he was very friendly and generous. the staff set up a very early private transfer to the airport, it was perfect. the hotel is in a central area and super clean too
my bathroom was very cramped

the hotel is close to via toledo and the historic centre. it is easy to walk to many places of interest plus close to universita metro station. there are interesting bars and restaurants nearby too.

location good BUT some issues
small bathroom thin walls
the bathroom was just too small, i could barely turn around. breakfast was not great, only some basic options. the walls seemed VERY thin, i heard noise from other rooms.
